The following conditions regulate access to and browsing within the restricted area of this website:

1)       all the data, information, documents and content published in the restricted area (hereinafter “Confidential Information”) are restricted and strictly confidential;

2)       the User agrees:

1. not to transfer and/or communicate and/or divulge to third parties their username and password to access the restricted area, as these are strictly personal and for the sole purposes agreed with Nemea International Ltd;
2. to comply with the provisions under the legal notices published on this website Nemeainternational.com;
3. to maintain the confidentiality of and to consider the Confidential Information to be strictly confidential and not to divulge any part of this information to any party and agrees for this purpose: (i) to undertake all the appropriate actions necessary to maintain the strictest confidentiality in relation to the Confidential Information; (ii) to prevent third party access to the Confidential Information; (iii) not to communicate to third parties nor publicly divulge the Confidential Information obtained; (iv) to use the Confidential Information for the purposes agreed with Nemea International Ltd;
4. to ensure that any of their potential employees and contractors and/or consultants, with legitimate access to the confidential information in virtue of their position or role, shall be informed and compliant with these conditions, notwithstanding that the User is liable to Nemea International Ltd for the failed compliance with these conditions by the aforementioned parties;
5. to abstain from using directly and/or by the interposition of another person, the Confidential Information, now and in the future, for purposes other than those agreed with Nemea International Ltd. as well the use of this Confidential Information to cause damages or prejudice to Nemea International Ltd, or for unauthorised commercial purposes and/or, in any case, for any purposes of profit;
6. to consider valid and efficient the obligations regarding the confidentiality of these conditions up to the time when all the Confidential Information enters the public domain following its revelation by Nemea International Ltd;

3)      these conditions are governed by Italian law;

any potential disputes in relation to the validity, interpretation, execution and/or the effectiveness of the conditions to access the restricted area shall be of the exclusive competence of the Court of Treviso.
